CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Account Managers are primarily responsible for the renewal payment process, account services, and customer retention. A successful Account Manager has excellent communication skills, creative problem solving, high attention to detail, and is goal-driven. Account Managers play a deciding role in a store’s revenue efficiency, customer retention, and inventory management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer Service Representatives are primarily responsible for maintaining administrative organization, customer files, in-store sales, showroom upkeep, and processing customer transactions. A successful Customer Service Representative has excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales skills, high attention to detail, and are service driven. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in customer acquisition and retention, customer experience, and revenue growth.
Product Technicians are primarily responsible for the loading, unloading, securing, delivering, and setting up rental units, while also assisting in marketing and collection activity. A successful Product Technician accomplishes tasks in a timely manner and is capable of performing without frequent supervision. Product Technicians are often the final impression the company makes on a customer, a vital role in customer retention
General Managers are ultimately responsible for the performance of their individual location and its staff. A successful General Manager has a high attention to detail, ability to motivate a team, and a second-to-none work ethic. General Managers’ actions and decisions are the driving factor in a stores revenues, expenses, and profitability.
Sales are primarily responsible for the sales and marketing functions in store, including social media presence, acquisition of new customers, and customer service of current accounts. A successful Sales Manager has excellent customer service, a positive attitude, high-energy sales approach, and persistent follow-up skills. Sales Managers take the lead on new revenue generation, customer growth, inventory merchandising, along with store marketing and promotions.
Manger Trainees are primarily responsible for the assisting the Customer Accounts Managers in agreement renewals, the renewal payment process, account services, and customer retention. A successful Manager Trainee has excellent communication skills, creative problem solving, high attention to detail, and is goal-driven. Manager Trainee’s play a key role in customer acquisition and retention, customer experience, and revenue growth.
